We have been craft brewers since 2011. In 2019 we became the second largest craft brewer in the Valencian Community and, throughout 2020, we have embarked on the path of renewal.

On the one hand, we present ourselves with a new corporate image and an update of the labels. On the other hand, we are more than ever committed to innovation and the constant search for those products that the market and consumers demand, without losing sight of excellence.

We only use natural raw materials in our production processes and we have perfected natural fermentation. We dispense with pasteurization, additives and preservatives, and we stick to good craftsmanship. Perhaps for all these reasons, our beers have been awarded 24 prizes in national and international competitions.

Currently, we offer four references with alcohol that have a great reception among the brewing public and also among the neophyte. Their production is permanent and their recipe, for the time being, is invariable because that is what the consumer wants.

We complete them with the personal brews of our brewmaster, Cristina Sáez, Certified Brewmaster by the Versuchs- und Lehranstalt für Brauerei de Berlin (VLB), the Berlin Institute for Brewing Research and Education. Its production, being "signature", is limited and unique. They are marketed under the name "Unplugged". In 2021, there will be five references.

We are pioneers in the production of non-alcoholic craft beer in the Valencian Community and in Spain. Under the Celestial Sin brand, we brew five non-alcoholic styles. The first to be available, an IPA, has been awarded in three national and international competitions. The next, a Hoppy Lager, has received the gold medal at the World Beer Awards 2021. We are proud to say that with the Celestial Sin brand we have sponsored the VII World Cup of Fronton 30 M 2021.

We are also pioneers in the brewing of hard seltzer. RAD comes in three flavor combinations, with natural flavors, 4.5º Alc. Vol, and 83 kcal per can. The Red Fruits flavor was a gold medal winner at the 2021 BBF. In the elaboration of this new beverage, we have put the same care and artisanal know-how as in our beers. Because, in the end, the best reward is always that the customer orders another one... one of ours.
